For Member Agencies
The Sharehouse can only be accessed by our member agencies by appointment. We are unable to accept referrals or
walk-ins. To find out about becoming a member agency, email us at
sharehouseinfo@thesharehouse.org or call us at 206.767.5280.
-
Only authorized schedulers in member agencies may
schedule Sharehouse appointments.
-
Sharehouse appointments are 30 minutes long. If you or your clients are 15 or
more minutes late, we cannot allow you to shop. Your authorized scheduler can make a new
appointment for you.
-
Each member agency is allowed one appointment per
week. Two case managers may bring up to two households each to shop at
one appointment. Be advised that appointments can be difficult to
manage if you are helping two households.
-
Agency appointments are made on Tuesday or
Thursday only.
-
Please call us to cancel if you cannot make
your appointment. Authorized schedulers or case workers may call us
to cancel. If you do not cancel an appointment, your agency may be
charged for your appointment.
-
The Sharehouse is a difficult place for children.
Please make every effort not to bring children to warehouse
appointments. Childcare services are not available at The Sharehouse.
If clients must bring children, please bring someone to watch them in
our waiting room. Children are not allowed in our warehouse.
-
Only one member of a household may go in our
warehouse. We cannot allow more than that.
-
Delivery service is available for a $35 fee. The
Sharehouse accepts agency check or credit card, cash or money order for
delivery. Delivery fee must be paid when the delivery is scheduled.
-
The Sharehouse delivers north of I-90 on Tuesday
and south of I-90 on Thursday. No other days are available for delivery.
-
The Sharehouse opens at 8:45 am. We close at
12:00 noon for lunch. Our doors re-open at 12:25 p.m. The Sharehouse is
open until 4:30 pm.
