The Sharehouse Creates Community Partnership
with Sharon Carlsen of Coldwell Banker Bain

We are pleased to announce that Sharon Carlsen of Coldwell Banker Bain has formed a community partnership with The Sharehouse toward the goal of helping to raise money for our organization.

Each time anyone affiliated with The Sharehouse buys or sells real estate with Sharon Carlsen, she and Coldwell Banker Bain will donate an amount equal to 10 percent of her commission from the transaction to our organization.�This applies to anyone affiliated with The Sharehouse in any way, including staff, volunteers, donors, board members, program participants, or any of their friends or relatives.�

Since we established this partnership, Sharon and Coldwell Banker Bain have already donated $1,500 to The Sharehouse.�This is a great opportunity for us, and one that we hope to continue to utilize to the fullest.

Sharon works primarily in the Puget Sound area, but she also has access to Coldwell Banker Bain�s national network to provide referrals in other parts of the country.�In such cases, Sharon will provide a donation equivalent to 10 percent of any referral fee.
