The Sharehouse can only be accessed by our member agencies by appointment. We are unable to accept referrals or
walk-ins.

Information for Sharehouse Recipients - Please share this document with your client(s) PRIOR to their Sharehouse appointment.
Sharehouse Intake Form - This new form replaces the two previous forms. This required paperwork must be completed before you may begin shopping. You may EITHER print it out to complete with your client beforehand and bring it with you to your appointment OR arrive a few minutes early to complete it so that you do not lose any of your 30 minutes of shopping time.
